Eligibility for a Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

How to Initiate a Return

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

 

Conditions for Refunds

-Shipping Guarantee: If we can’t ship to your address or country, you’ll receive a 100% immediate refund. (Excludes orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses.)

-Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or torn, please notify us immediately so we can assist you.

-Incorrect Items: If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly for a resolution.

We offer a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.

 

Non-Returnable Items and Exceptions

Certain types of items cannot be returned. Please review the following conditions:

-Sizing Errors: We cannot offer refunds for items ordered in the wrong size by the customer. We strongly encourage you to consult our detailed size charts before making a purchase to ensure the correct fit.

-Personal Preference: Returns or refunds are not available if the product does not meet personal style expectations or preferences after being received as described.

-Incorrect Address: Refunds will not be granted for orders placed with an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address provided by the customer. Please double-check your shipping information carefully at checkout.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.

 

International Orders

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not covered by American Class's refund policy.

If an international shipment is refused by the recipient, the customer will be held responsible for:

-The original shipping charges.

-Any import fees applied to the package.

-The cost of returning the shipment to us.

 

Refund Processing

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and inform you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
